Good for the Area
I recently tried Mirim for the first time with my family. Between us we tried a variety of Japanese and Korean dishes and the food was all well prepared and fresh tasting. Comfortable atmosphere. Lower Bucks isn't exactly a foodie's paradise, but for the area this place is quite good.

Kinda Surprised
I enjoyed the meal and service so much the first time I went back 2 weeks later. However, the second time was a little disappointing. They were out of ginger dressing and green tea. Other than that, food was very good. That being said, it’s tough to recommend the restaurant but it’s worth it for a local place.

Excellent Food
The food - Korean & Japanese - is excellent. They probably have the best Sushi & Sashimi in the area. The prices are very moderate. The chef has his own creations - like the bombshell roll. While those are certainly trying to cater to a non-Asian/non-Japanese market they are nevertheless excellent. Service is sometimes not so great. All the waiters certainly try hard but some of them lack experience. Given the quality of the food and the price this can easily be overlooked. Check for the specials they have on the board when entering the restaurant. Most of them are great. The place tends to get busy on Friday and Saturday nights but if you arrive past 8pm most of the rush is already on the way out. Bottom line: Excellent food at a very good price. We are regulars and all of us are looking forward each week to our visit there.

Overall weak showing
Came away not particularly impressed. We opted for the Korean Bar-b-cue with Kalbi and Bulgogi. The waitress, the only one there, had trouble lighting the table's burner and nearly singed off our eyebrows when the gas grill finally ignited with a audible whoosh after all of the extra gas that was filling the area finally found flame. On top of that, the gas actually ran out mid-meal (which took time to realize). The Kalbi was pretty good, but I thought the bulgogi was crumbly - though my wife liked it. Overall it was a lot of effort for what was middle of the road quality food at best.

A fantastic local Korean restaurant
What a wonderful restaurant. The food is excellent, fresh & authentic. The service is amazing the servers are so attentive & friendly they even remembered our favorite dishes by the second or third time we went there. Also, don't be fooled by it's location the strip mall it's in needs renovation (e.g. parking lot potholes, ancient signs, etc.). You'd probably just drive by it if you weren't looking for it. But the inside of the restaurant definitely looks better than the outside, and after you visit once, you'll be back.

Very Good
Mirim not only provides delectable Korean food, but it serves sushi as well! The food maintains its ethnic flavor while providing a grasping desire to taste more. Mirim offers about 5-7 side-dishes for Korean orders. They also give a lot of extra food for free. Great service! -Great, but limited tables for Korean BBQ. -- very unique experience. -Servers are actual Koreans ranging from 17-26. -Very lively. -Almost always busy.
