Modo Mio

This place is unreal. It is easily my favorite restaurant in Philly. If you are factoring in value it just has to be. Not factoring value then maybe, and I mean maybe, Le Bec Fin or Vetri top it, but this place is the best. The food is literally just as good as though two restaurants, that atmosphere is a bit different, small byob so can get loud. Service is more casual but is extremely friendly and fun. I've avoided writing a review because I don't want others to make this place even more crowded...... but it's so good I just have to give it the review it deserves. Off the hook!

Hands down best restaurant in Philly, in my opinion!!

food was good but still hungry on prix fixe deal. we sat at 4 person table right at door and froze entire dinner, would go back but request different seating arrangement.

Went to Modo Mio with 4 friends of ours. We had an absolute great time!! We drank and thoroughly enjoyed the food. Our waitress was great. She recommended many dishes to us based on our likes, tastes, and curiosities. I ate calf tongue and it was one of the best things I have ever eaten. GREAT TIME!! Looking forward to our next visit.

I love Modo Mio, I have eaten here a half dozen times. WOW. If time permits ask the owner Pete to bring you the Kitchen Sink. He brings out as many as TEN small plates of anything and everything in the kitchen in no particular order. Meat, Salad, Pasta, Meat, Seafood, Salad, Pasta, Egg, Salad, ect. The price is sweet and well worth the money. It is always full and so was I . It reminds me of when I was little and Grandmom just gave you italian looking stuff to eat and it was Tasty

I have a new favorite restaurant. Warm, inviting, great service and fabulous food. Highly recommended.

We went to Modo Mio this past weekend and it was outstanding. The food was nothing short of terrific and the service was lovely. It's small and cramped but lots of fun. We'll be back
