Needs a sprucing up. Kids were repulsed. Roast Beef special -- package soft rye bread, gray looking fatty roast beef, couldn't find the cold slaw or Russian. In there hey-day the roast beef was pink and prime. This sandwich was a crime. Chips came in a miniscule pkg., but considering the lack of cleanliness and upscaleness, that might be a could thing that there not touched by whoever is lurking in that kitchen. What with the prices they charge --- whaaay overpriced for the type of product being put out.

I paid $4.75 for a bowl of chicken noodle soup that tasted just like lipton's and contained NO chicken. Quite a rip-off. The balsamic chickn salad is excellent though.

great food ,so so service, way overpriced but then again it is in newtown has to be expensive to be good

$10.45 for a grilled reuben! Of course, it came with a small bag of chips and pickles....sandwich plus a soda, tax and tip - $15.50. Way overpriced, especially for a restaurant with an interior of a diner.

The food is good but way overpriced. My family and I stopped going because it was just ridiculously priced. The service is hit or miss, some of the older wait staff are cranky and have zero personality. The decor and condition of the place is a disaster. It needs to close for 3 months and get completely renovated. For the price of the food the ambience should be a lot nicer than it is. If you want good deli be prepared to pay a LOT for it.

Don't mind paying top dollar for food that is worth it, but in this case the food is average and the price was overpriced. There are other Jewish Delis around where the food i s( much) better and the prices are lower. If I was a food critic I would give this place 1 & 1/2 stars out of 5. If they lower the prices, then I wouldn't expect the best. Rose our waitress was great.

BEST motza soup and grilled reuben ever. Definitely overpriced with NO atmosphere, but then it's a DELI!! Wish they had one in my area in New Jersey!!
