new ownership works
the new ownership is what this place needed. the dinning area and kitchen are immaculate, and they have the best Pizza, steaks & wings in northeast philly.

dissapointing
When they first opened they were so good! now they changed the rolls and give you less meat on sandwhiches..they are not worth your $ or taste buds

a family favorite
so far my kids and i have tried almost everything on the menu. and its all been great. the tomatjo pie is the best ive ever had great taste great crust..the sandwiches are stuffed with meats and cheeses and the salads will feed you for 2 days...great place to eat in and deliveries are always reasonable and hot when they arrive..

This Was A Joke, Right?
We got served the skimpiest cheese steaks and meatball sandwiches I've ever seen in my life. And I'm not exagerrating. The meatball sandwich had just 3 meatballs! There was more empty space between the meatballs than the space the meatballs were occupying. The cheese steaks weren't much better as they had very thin layers of meat. I had thought there must have been some kind of mistake made, but the servers verified that the sandwiches were normally made this way. And then the fries we ordered never came until after I reminded the servers about them after we had finished our sandwiches. I am rarely one to complain about food quality or service, but this place was a complete joke. I will never go back again.

This place is such a rip!
I ordered a peperoni cheese steak and without a doubt got the smallest amount of meat ever, anywhere on a cheese steak. I needed a magnifying glass to find the steak and pepperoni, and I couldn't even find any cheese if i had a magnifying glass.$15.00 down the drain for mozz. sticks a tomato, and lettuce (supoose to be peperoni cheese steak.) and, and a Coke. I ordered Mozzarella sticks they were OK..just OK, but who can live on mozz. sticks alone? The steak was more like bread ,mayo, and tomato, that's how little bit of meat was on it.it was a JOKE.I was looking around for "Candid Camera"!I will never, ever go there again.FIRST AND LAST TIME. And the cashier was downright miserable,like she couldn't smile if someone paid her too.TIP, are you kidding, the tip jar was empty.I wonder why?? Stay away from Uncle V's!

hit or miss
i don't know why I do this to myself, but I order from Mr. V's. You can get a great pizza one week and the next it will be totally different. Your order is never right. I don't think I have ever ordered and gotten the order right, so i have decided not to give it another shot. Over for me and I would advise you not to waste your money. If you do order, it is like you just threw at least 20 bucks in the trash. It's ashame, because it had potential, but not any more. More bad than good ordering from Mr. V's.
