Dinner for 2 was only $45! The atmosphere was great, our server and hostess were so kind and attentive. Didn't wait long for our entrees, which were enormous portions. And I'm a choco-holic so we took 2 desserts to go ;) We will def be back!!! Get there early bc it gets packed and they don't take reservations for parties under 8. Totally recommend this restaurant <3

went to ms.tootsie's tonight with my bff, we were told 30mins to be seated...and had to wait outside on the curb in the cold! after 40 mins we went to sit back in the car and waited to b called...1hr and 40 mins went past until we went back to the host and still waited 20 more mins to be seated! we went in and it saddened me to see a bunch of empty tables. we waited 40 more mins for our under seasoned food...which was over priced. for five fried shrimp i pid $10...and $5 for a hand full of mac&cheese! the manager didnt care anything about our complants...very POOR customer service! needless to say NEVER AGAIN!

I went to Mrs. Tootsies last night with friends, we were a party of 6. we couldn,t have asked for better service. Ciera, our waitress, was a complete pleasure. She was extremely knowledgable about the food and extremely attentive to our needs. The food was wonderful, we felt that each dish was prepared perfectly and all of the seafood was amazing as well as the Mac and cheese with lobster. Jose the manager was friendly and courteous and also took great care of us. Thank you for a wonderful meal and evening.

I was so ecxited to visit Mrs Tootsies and celerbrate my graduation. I used to come there all the time and was at one time in love with the food. on this day, it was not as good as my previous visits. The bar tender was rude, The waitresses and waiters was even worse they turned my experience up side down! The woitresses was arguing and bickering amongst each other. Me and my crew took our buisness else where Dave and Buster actually. I hope that the open house for new waiters and bust boys be successful. such a nice place to go down like that. however I will never go back and tell my friends the same.

i went to ms. tootsies on the hum bug with my lady and it was nice. the gentleman seated us pretty quickly and our beverages came quick as well. only thing is the food took forever to come, but it was worth the wait!

I have frequented Ms Tootsie's within the last couple years and I would say unlike normal places they get worse with time. The staff is very welcoming and pleasant. However the food is subpar for starters the mac n cheese taste like kraft and is never warm enough you always have to send it back to get warmed. The smothered turkey chops are no good they taste old. Save yourself the cost of shrimp and grits the grits are straight from a box and the shrimp is bland. The decor is very warm and pretty however the place needs some heat in the winter it was very cold and uncomfortable. Overall my last experience was not a good one so I will not be going back to patronize Ms Tootsies.
