Mediocre food, long wait, high prices
Food is decent enough but takes forever. The last time I ate in, I ordered a grilled turkey sandwich at 11:30 and it wasn't ready until 12:10. It wasn't even crowded. The food is also way overpriced and their coffee is the poorest in fairmount.

not recommended
This afternoon i stopped by for a coffee and cupcake. coffee tasted burnt and the cupcake was like cardboard. the place is going down the tubes

Marginal at Best
They have never served great coffee buti kept going back for the atmosphere for a few years. About a month ago I stopped in for a cup of coffee and I commented that I noticed the price went up and was told that they changed coffee recently. My excitement was soon diminished when I realized that the coffee was worse then ever.

Why do you guys bother??
I expected the wait to be a bit long, but I didn't expect the reasons *why*. Staff was literally standing around talking to each other with a line waiting.. a girl had a coffee in hand and chose to finish her convo before giving it to the customer. The food was way too slow to bother going here.. ever by my standards. The woman was really rude too when I asked where my sandwich was. No one cares there. TOO expensive for what you get.. and I got a stale croissant.. ugh.

So-so
As mentioned before, the service can definitely be slow- as in 35 minutes to get an egg sandwich. I've been here several times, and the employees were never rude. They were actually perfectly friendly, though nothing 'above-and-beyond'. Seating has never been an issue for me either. The prices are probably the biggest problem. Everything is too expensive for the quality that you receive.

great coffee, expensive food
Food is definitely expensive and not really organic. I only eat organic. a bagel sandwich is like $8... too much. The coffee is great. The internet is limited to 1 hour, maybe the only place (privately owned) in the city with such a rule.
