The extra seating has definitely improved the atmosphere, although it still does get insanely packed during certain times of the day/year (thanks to tourists). Neverless, the fun folks behind the counter are pretty easy-going, very helpful with menu items and options, and enjoy a bit of chit-chat while your order is being "processed". I also love the fair trade, local and organic products available.

I like this place. The BLTandA is to die for. I wish they sold some fountain soda.

It is true that often times you will have to wait 10-20 mine for your food, but it's delicious, with many vegan friendly options. The service is young folks who just need t be asked how their day is going. this is not starbucks.! The morals of Mugshots is great, with their care for free trade coffee and organic foods,. So, the food is good, at lunch time it is often hard to find a seat for sure. So these things are to be aware of, but in general, in a neighbhorhood where there arent many options, Mugshots is awesome! Vegan friendly! Organic! Delicious Lattes! Yum!

I attempted to eat here and was told by staff that I would have to wait over 45 min for my food. There were no seats and the counter person got angry with me when I declined to stay. This has happened multiple times. There are never seats, staff are bewildered when you order food, and overall the place is poorly organized. I frequently see Mug Shots advertised because of it's food-but the staff don't appear to realize it is a restuarant.

This place is not good. The service has issues...mean people. it is really expensive and always crowded with people who just seem to never do anything productive.

Great neighborhood coffeehouse with a small juice bar. I wish they stayed open later though.
