Best Vietnamese food of Philly!
I love this place. I come here at least once a week. Everything is so delicious and cheap. The pho is the best I have had in Philly. At less than $6 for a bowl of pho, this place is a must-try.

Affordable and authentic...
As others have stated, this is very authentic /delicious vietnamese food with reasonable prices. Because of the mix of delicious-ness and affordability, this place can be very busy at times. Strangley enough, I found the service to be worse at times when it is less crowded. Bonus points if you can grab an off street parking spot in the lot on-site. Worth the trip to South Philly!

Great food for reasonable price
Authentic Vietnamese food for a reasonable price. Almost everything is good here, my favorite being the Broken Rice dishes. I never eat in, it gets crowded especially on weekends during dinner times. On an average I eat here once a week and would recommend it highly.

It's Authentic & Affordable
I've known the owners since they were selling food from a cart. They've really done well for themselves and I can totally see why. I've introduced Nam Phuong to many friends who are now regulars. The food is delicious. The service (the majority of the time) is fast and courteous. The ambience and noise level could be better, but no one seems to mind. I highly recommend the Ba Vi as an appetizer sampler. Cheers!

Lunch on a Saturday
I was trying to find a place to eat on saturday near 11th and washington. The problem was there was no parking. Luckily I found one spot left. Had not been to Nam Phuong. I was very surprised by the crowd and the food. despite being so busy , i was taken care of pretty quickly. Had the Pho and the vietnamese chicken salad. Both were really good, especially the salad. will definetly try again and again. The fish sauce dressing for the salad was really good

Traditional, delicous food
If you want true traditional Vietnamese cusine, Nam Phuong is the place to go. We dine there 3-5 times a week, whether for a bowl of soup, or the dinner for 2, 4 6, or take-out. The beef cubes are delicious, ginger w/ scallion and ginger-yum! Summer rolls and Spring rolls are the best I ever had here in Philadelphia. I can honestly say, I have never had a bad meal and the prices are quite inexpensive. Go and eat eat eat, its delicious and healthy!
