No frills atmosphere, but you won't care once you taste the food - especially the shaved noodles. It's definitely a draw that it's so cheap, but I'd eat here even if it wasn't such a great value.

Small in size but big in flavor and value. Soup was delicous and large portioned. Hand drawn noodle were fabulous. When in Philly again will definetely be there for another bowl beats dimsum anytime
