    Poor service

The owner and chefs have no idea what they're doing. I got the buffet, which was cheap, but not worth the money I paid. I took my plate to the register, and the woman at the counter couldn't put the phone down to ask me what the problem was. The rice was cold, and the bread was soggy. She finally put the phone down to ask me what I needed, and when I told her she said the food couldn't be bad because she just made it. I'll never go there again.

    Not again

I normally refrain from commenting on the fare available at Indian restaurants. As one who knows how to conjure up a number of Indian dishes, I know that tastes vary. Having said that, I wonder why restaurants are in business without a liquor license unless it is the passion of the owner-chef. I must note that IF passion for Indian food was the reason for this restaurant, the presentation of the food would have been better, the quality of the food different and the dealings with the clients a little less rude. Sorry to say that I pass this restaurant every time I visit Phily and not once (after the first time) do I feel like entering this place. And yes, I am a restaurant junkie. PS: I hope though that the owners read this and work on the customer service.

Poor service, Poor food. Plenty of better options.

I work at a hospital around the corner from this place and order out a lot. The food here is barely palatable and the service is poor. The delivery guy routinely forgets to deliver condiments and main menu items such bread. When you call to complain to management, they forget that you just ordered $30-40$ worth of food and treat you like an outcast. The business of myself and my co-workers will be spent elsewhere

    The Poor Indian restaurent

I dont have words for there service and food. The food was actually smelling bad. If you like indian food, never go this restaurent. On the top Rice were 2-3 days olds, like the one just comes out from refrigerator and microwave.

    Highly recommended

I get delivery from San Samosa (aka New Samosa) all the time. The bread basket is cheap, plentiful, authentic, and delicious. Both the aloo mutter and mutter paneer are heavenly. The samosas are some of the best I've had, and always arrive hot and fresh. The prices are super low, and the delivery is usually really fast. (My only complaint is that they only give one kind of chutney--date, I believe. I wish they also gave some onion and mint.) Overall, just great.

Poor quality food - worse attitude

My taste buds were activated when I saw the name 'Samosa'. But, I was thoroughly disgusted by the attitude of the folks who run this place. Tried it twice but the poor service was the same. Normally, I do not trust buffets especially at eateries where there is a paucity of patrons. The food at this place's buffet is no exception.
