Best Sandwiches in South Philly!!
End of story... Hands Down. Amazing! I am sharing my dirty little secret with you. I love these guys!! They are fast (often less than 30 mins for delivery), clean, and friendly! My husband and I often mix & match these items below. These are our favs. but I am sure that there are more that we haven't moved onto yet. ___________________ -Awesome Rib & Chix platter (w/fries) -Awesome Fillet Sandwich (w/ sauce) -Awesome Country Chix Sandwich -Awesome Buffalo Chix Sandwich ___________________ ENJOY!

Service Depends on Owner's Mood
The ribs are only so-so. Sometimes not bad, sometimes schlock. Usually a lot of fat and connective tissue in the ribs. Not worth the premium price he charges. If you go there when the owner is in a bad mood - watch out. Once I ordered a delivery. It did not arrive after over an hour and one half (and not even on a busy weekend). I called to ask where my order was and the guy reamed me out. No way to run a restaurant. His ribs are only so-so.

always a good choice
Knew these people for a long time.. Great people and great food everytime so far. Cheese fries amazing, and filet mignon and chicken parm on italian bread huge and tastes great. Gonna try the wings and ribs Ive heard good things too.

amazing food and people
The food here is excellent. i love the greek salad with chicken. the service is great, everyone that works there is so nice. great place for takeout. awesome wings.

First Visit
I love ribs, I eat them all the time. I have traveled multiple times to New York City eating at restaurants one by one using a checklist I put together of restaurants that are known for their ribs. I have eaten ribs in every state I have traveled to. I Have had Rons, Phoebe's , & Tommy Gunns, and several others in this city. Which brings me to yesterday..... I ordered for the first time from Nicks. I got a full rack of ribs. One word --- excellent I rode my bike 2 1/2 miles from Sansom Street for them. They were worth each and every turn of the pedals!!! I will be going back for more, thank you
