Best Noodles in the City
In the uber-pricy Rittenhouse restaurant world, Nom Nom Ramen is a welcome respit from the $75 dinner. Arrive at 5:00 before Nom Nom intelligently turns away those whom they become too busy to offer quality food and service. The regular portions are plentiful and fairly priced. Add a poached egg for under a dollar. You'll easily manage a delicious dinner for two under $20.
