Pastoral/Jeon Won is probably my favorite Korean restaurant in Philadelphia. I'm especially fond of the hot stone bowl with tofu substituted for beef. The banchan are always great as well, and more than plentiful (usually around seven little dishes per

This is my favorite neighborhood place!

I live a block away so go here often for dine-in or take-out. The food is consistently great, and the man and woman who work there really grow on you. Last week I was a couple of dollars short, and the guy just said- "Pay next time." So they're friendly-

    Service wasn't great

I thought that the waitress there was carrying herself with an attitude.
