the food is great! i like the environment, bcuz its so casual, yet its nice, the lights are dimmed.. i always get the dan dan noodles and it is soooooooo good. i just got it the first time for the sake of trying it and i cant help but get it everytime cuz its so delicious! they have takeout boxes next to the soda fountain so u can help yourself along. i love this place!

I don't usually find a need to review chain restaurants. They're everywhere and have the same menus and the same usual customers. However, I have to say when there haven't been any other good asian restaurants in the area, Pei Wei was a breath of fresh air. I find it unfortunate to admit that I have only been there once, however I really enjoyed the food. It's relatively quick and easy service. I ordered the spicy chicken salad and it was awesome. I definitely need to go back! They even provide a variety of condiments that you can bring back to your table if you wish to adjust the seasoning of your food.
