Best place to get vietnamese food!
I'm a college student that goes to school in Philadelphia. I'm no originated from here so I have the slightest clue where to get food in this city. I went down to South Philadelphia to go to my normal place Pho 75 but up until I seen this Pho Hoa located behind 7/11 where I then venture to a totally different atmosphere. At my first impression walking into the restaurant I could not believe this place is a vietnamese restaurant as the design overall is not what I had in mind. The Pho broth for once was so good that I actually ordered one togo for dinner. I would recommend trying their seafood eggroll or Raw beef with shrimp chips. I would recommend this place to all my friends at school and I can tell you that this is our new dining place when it comes to the asian craving.
