good things come in small potato filled packages
This small mom & pop shop is classic Philadelphia! I love the authenticity that comes with being modest business.

Perogies like my Ukrainian grandmother use to make!
My wife and I just moved to the neighborhood in August 2011 and stopped by to try some takeout. Since then, I've become a regular. Everything on the menu is wonderful and the price is right too. The exotic fillings for some of the perogies are really tasty.

They do have tables.
I am just responding to one of the previous post, there are tables to eat at. There is always one inside. In the warmer months there are multiple tables outside. And yeah the food is amazing! I have had everything on the menu and there is not one thing I would not recommend.

Best Pierogies Aside from Grandmas
Pierogies are awesome. Varieties and selection is tremendous. This is the closest thing to real homemade as you can get. You can no more compare the Pierogie Kitchens to Mrs. T or other frozen brands as you can compare a pillow to a boulder.
