won't be back
This used to be a favorite for a group lunch outting,but since they've greatly reduced their menu to only one page and everything on it seems like dinner prices we will now go elsewhere. All our appetizers came without serving spoons and our waitress had to be flagged downed for more drink refills. (place was not busy) :(

If only the food was better
This is a very kid friendly restaurant, which is why we keep coming back. The ambience is first rate: a converted bank, with Italian frescos on the walls, tables are generously spaced. Service has always has been excellent. The food, however, has not. The kids always order pizza and have no complaints. Must of the dishes we have tried are not up to par. It is a real shame because everything else about this restaurant is very good.

Real Italian Food
This place is awesome! They have great specials and their pizza is fantastic. It is way better then that horrible muck that comes out of a box at Maggiano's. Try the Eggplant Parmasean, it is grilled and not fried!Their steaks are also really done well and the sauces are amazing. Everything is great here and the bar has a really fun atmosphere. Prices are great! The atmosphere is beautiful, handpainted frescos and stuff. My boyfriend took me here for Valentine's Day and it was so nice to go somewhere where people don't ignore you on Valentine's day. The wine the waiter recommended was excellent and the food was out of this world...oh and of course dessert! There is another Primavera near suburban Square that is NOT as nice. The people there are stuffy and the prices are higher.
