Great Value and Service at Primo Glensid
Primo Hoagies makes wonderful hoagies and the Glenside branch on Keswick Ave. is the best is the area. Our family often orders the largest size "Whole" which is always packed with the meat and cheese we like. Our favorite is their special Sweet Italian. The manager seem to always be there and takes personal pride in his store and we drive some distance to pick up our order. The service from the staff and manager is in our opinion the best of all area Hoagies stores while the price is a bargain for the way your sandwich is filled. It would be impossible for one person to a "Whole" themselves. On any night the family does not go out for a sit down meal its "lets go to Glenside" for us.

Why I am disappointed in Primo Glenside
Primo Hoagies are excellent Great bread and delicious meats make these some of the best hoagies in Philadelphia. Sadly, the Primo Glenside location skimps on their sandwhiches. I was disappointed how small -little meat, lettuce the sandwhiches are from here. I went to turn a friend on to these, and when we unwrapped them, he laughed at me. I was embarrased at how small they make their sandwhiches. We had 3 (Primo size =-medium) sandwiches between the two of us. There's no reason for it as Primo charges top dollar, but the Primo-Glenside location makes 'em small... not quite the manga the center city locations are, but you'll pay the same.
