    One of the best meals I ever had!

    Everyone knows about P&S ravioli so I knew at least that would be good going in. So I ordered a ravioli appetizer which was great of course. But for the main dish, my wife ordered the Chicken Saltimbocca and I ate about half of it. Not only was it the best saltimbocca I ever tasted but I think it was the best chicken I ever had. The sauce was perfect and the chicken so fresh and moist that I almost knew it was the best I ever had before it hit my mouth. The cheese and prosciutto were textured and cooked perfectly. Simply the best! My main dish was the pasta with bolognese which was also excellent.

    A Gift

    My wife recieved a gift card for this place for Christmas and last week we used it, one of our better desisions for a night out, we arrived without making reservations but were seated any way, the food was to die for and worth the higher price, we will be coming back.

    Hidden suprise

    I was told of this place by a co-worker. what a treat! wonderful food presented in an eye appealing manner. professional and knowledgeable service provided by katie. i have not had escargot in years but chef michael (who visited many tables) really hit a home-run with this dish.but this was only the begining of a fantastic evening. next my wife and i shared the arugula salad like none i have ever had before. the paglia fieno with porcini was better than what ihad in italy! the certified angus rib steak with aroasted garlic red wine sauce was to die for. topping off our wonderful meal was a surreal bananas foster and a homemade chocolate cake topped with creme anglaise. can not wait to go back to see what michael and his staff will do next! keep up the great work guys!
