My wife and I stopped in on a Sunday night, and the place was almost empty. The food was unsurprising but delicious, with nice clean flavors. Highlights were an appetizer of grilled calamari with arugula, tomatoes and capers, and, surprising, a fabulously flavorful ziti pomodoro. Service was perfectly friendly and efficient, so I think going on a quieter night may be the best choice at Radicchio.

I doubt our server looked us in the eye once. We had no napkins and when we asked, we received one. We waited at the front door for 20 minutes until I finally went to one of the workers and asked to be seated outside. We had stuff floating in our water. Other than that, the food was great! The Dover Sole was cooked perfectly. Our calamari was amazing (and I don't usually like calamari.) The tiramisu was unbelievable! We almost got another! Even the coffee was great! Would I go back? Sure! Just w/ the expectation that the service will be poor.

My husband & I went there tonight 5/3/08 to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Once again another couple was invited in before us when we had clearly given our name before them. The acting male of the couple stated they had reservations when I questioned the door person. The cafe says there are no reservations. This happened the last time we were there. We are finished with this place . The noise level is loud and tables crowed together.

My family and I have been going to Radicchio Cafe for the past 2 years. We eat there twice a week. My family is from Calabria, Italy and the food at Radicchio tastes like home. The waiters are wonderul and the service is great. My favorite dish is the Dover Sole. All their vegetables and side dishes are so delicious. The value is great and it is wonderul during the warmer months to sit outside and dine. This is a BYOB cafe. Also, their iced teat and desserts are so good. I would hightly recommend it!!!

Get there early or you'll have a wait. Appetizers were all great (warm mussels, broccoli rabe with veal sausage, bruchetta, buffalo mozz), as were the pastas. The Dover sole was filleted at the table. Lamb chops & veal melt in your mouth! Great unrushed service!

I have been to many top rated restaurants and also local holes in the wall with excellent food. My husband and I live close to this place and decided to give it a try. You are treated as if you are lucky to even be there. They think they are running the best and most exclusive Italian eatery in the counrty. For mediocre food and a poor host you wil pay average price.

Food was good, especially for the price, but they rush you through. They bother you every few minutes to order and the dishes come out fast.
