    Great Mussels!

We have visited the Red Zone multiple times. Daytime hours are better than the evening. Evening hours it turns into a loud bar scene dance club, the music was really loud. The owners and waitresses have been nice on all occasions. The mussels with red sauce are the best in the city. The spinach and crab dip was too watery and not tasteful. Drinks are good and overall food costs are aligned with many of the other restaurants in the city.

    Just... no.

Do yourself a favor and DON'T BOTHER. This place is gaudy, greasy and loud, even for a sports bar. I went and it was almost empty; the waitress (of which there were SEVERAL) took 15 minutes just to come the first time, let alone everytime after that. A bottled beer took 10 minutes; food took even longer. And the food is only okay. Reminder, there were about 3 tables of patrons, maybe 8 people in total, at the time. It was a laughable disaster. I even gave them a 2nd shot the following week and it was arguably worse (maybe bc it wasn't as funny this time). Red Zone is a sad joke and I doubt it'll last long at all. If you go, make sure you aren't hungry, thirsty or without the desire for tinnitus.
