I grew up eating here and have forgot about it until recently. The ribs are simply the best, the wings to die for and the barbecue sauce perfection! As a Philadelphia food critic, I sometimes wonder if people like Jane W really know what great food and quality are. A dinner rack of baby backs are 20 bucks including a side; some reviewers think that is too high. Really, it's the 20th century people, hello...the food is consistent and the quality is something to give praise for, well done,

My wife, Children and I have been going to local restaurants for over 20 years. When it comes to RIBS, the Rib Rack is our standard to measure against, always great. The wings are also very good, if you like them hot hot order them extra wet. If you have never been there you are missing a great RIB. Don't be upset about the ambients, it is what it is.

Absolutely the best ribs anywhere. We have tried ribs all over. These are the best we have found. The sauce is great the meat falls off the bone the sides are always right on! I wish they were closer to home. We drive 1.5 hours one way to get there.

The ribs though tender did not have any taste; the chicken was burned and it too had no taste, the burger was overcooked and they served big thick slices of tomatoes as a side, again with no taste because they were not ripe. I was very disappointed in the quality of the food; service was not bad, but the overall experience was. The "hearty chicken soup" had only a few shreds of chicken, lots of carrots, tons of celery, in a dishwater tasting broth for $3.95 (basically a watered down, poor version of what soup should be). This place is operating as a restaurant but it is clearly only a sham and not representative of edible cuisine. The owners, though very friendly, should be embarassed by what is coming out of their kitchen. What kind of chef do they have? If he can't taste that he is putting out slop, then he should be drummed out of the restaurant business. Have him go on "Top Chef" and see how fast he would be eliminated because of tasteless food. This restaurant should be closed due to tasteless food coming out of its kitchen. Let the buyer beware - do not waste your money. Going to Rib Rack is like throwing your money up in the air and having anybody catch it. This place should not be called a restaurant as it does not produce tasteful food - it has no respect for its customers' palates and the ones who eat there and compliment it need their taste buds tested to see if they are working.

Great food ribs and chicken the best the side salads are wonderful the baked beans are great. Everyone should try it at least once u will definitely become a repeat customer. ENJOY!

When to the Rib Rack and order a he-man meal thinking it was gonna be a lot of ribs for $32.00 but when i open up the tray i was very very disappointed. I could have gone to Sam's club and got two slabs cooked and ready to eat for $10.00 less and better tasting. The Rib Rack ribs tastes like vinegar. Will not ever go back there again.
