I lived in Northeast Philly back in the 80's. When I moeved away when I would come back to visit i would always make a trip to the Rib Rack. I still go now that I'm back in the area. they're GRRRRREEEEAAATTT!!!!

Take out is not good. Ribs fractured. Forgot my french fries and didn't realize it until I opened the package 30minutes later at home. Wings with light oil no real taste or sauce. Been a rib rack fan for years but service has definitely changed. called to voice my objection to poor quality food and service and was told they would only credit me 2.95 for my fries next time I come in. Well you lost me, I will not be back. 30 minutes back and forth and to have you mess up my order and not compensate me justly (like even 10bucks off next order)

I love this place! I now live in Bucks County so I don't get to go that often but they have the best ribs and wings on the planet. It is a little dark inside but who cares I know where my mouth is located.

I have been going to the Rib Rack for their baby backs for many years now and have never been dissappointed. They're off the hook. The meat just falls off the bone and their sauce, their sauce is the icing on the proverbial cake. Their corn muffins are nothing to sneeze at either-very tasty. LOL - In all the years I've visited the Rib Rack, I've actually never ordered anything other than their baby backs for an entree. Yup, they're that good.

This place is phenomenal and my only comment towards the darkness is get over it...if the food is good(which it is) who cares how dark it is do you really want everyone staring at you while eating anyway?...Rib Rack is a NE Philly staple which never dissappoints.Keep up the good job!

Whenever I order food there it's delicious. However, they've lost a lot of business due to their inability to update thier webpage with current hours. I've tried on two holidays to order platters for visitors to Philly but got no answer.

The ribs are pretty good, but the place is dark as pitch. It's like I'm eating in a cave with no torch. No matter how good the food is, it's not very good if I can't see it. There was another location on Township Line Rd. in Elkins Park. Same thing there. Just turn on the lights, for cryin' out loud!
