Why is this place so dark?
The ribs are pretty good, but the place is dark as pitch. It's like I'm eating in a cave with no torch. No matter how good the food is, it's not very good if I can't see it. There was another location on Township Line Rd. in Elkins Park. Same thing there. Just turn on the lights, for cryin' out loud!

Best bbq around
I order from Rib Rack all the time and am never dissapointed anyone who writes a bad review is crazy..the ribs are amazing and so is evertything else place is a little to dark for me but it doesnt stop me from going there at least 3 times a month keep up the good job!!

The best ribs in the state
The ribs cannot be beat. We travel from Bucks County to eat at the Rib Rack. Former Mayfair resident.

Take out service takes one hour
If you order on the phone, they'll say "be ready in 15 minutes" but it took 50 minutes from the time I called 'til the time it was actually ready, and the place was'nt busy at all. This was 2:30 on sunday afternoon, with only 1 or 2 people waiting along with me at the desk.

Best Wings In The World!
Best Wings I've ever had in my life! My husband loves their bbq chicken and ribs. Great value, and we go there at least five times a month. Can't get enough! Keep up the great food!

Best ribs and wings in philly!
Ate at a lot of resturants in philly for ribs and wings, but i always seem to come back to Rib Rack! Try them for yourself, so you can see that they are the best!

Used to be good
Been goin here for many many years. It s not what it used to be. Its become fast food. Went today on new years eve. Chicken cesar salad now served cold even though menu says grilled. I was told its that way now to save time.(fast food) and also our entrees were served less then 90 seconds after our wings arrived. Too too rushed for our liking. We approached the manager and informed him and he just blew us off. We will not return again
