You Might Wanna Reconsider the Counter Girls
I decided to try the pizza place after reading all the reviews. It is true that the atmosphere is not the best, but the food was great, the prices are good and even though a lot of the reviews say that the girls were mean, the one working was not. They must have hired new girls because she was very sweet, she repeated the order, and she got everything right! I am ordering again for sure =)

The order takers
The food is good, the pepper and egg sandwiches are a favorite of mine. However, the girls who answer the phone need to get a personality, and they sound like you're waking them and are a bother to them. If they don't like working with live people, there is a cemetary across the street that may be hiring a ground keeper!

Their pizza is fantastic! Before you listen to negative reviews, try it. I never order from anywhere else. My fav is the buffalo chicken pizza.

Poorest food ever
DON'T GO HERE! EVER! My boyfriend and I decided to order take-out dinner from Roslyn pizza tonight. It was our first time ordering from here. I looked up the menu online and ordered a small margherita pizza, steak calzone and cheese fries. The pizza crust was drenched in oil. The crust was so soggy and the wax paper under was soaked. The "steak calzone" had no ricotta cheese and was stuffed with more spinach than anything else. The fries were also burnt to a crisp. When I called to just let them know, he got very angry with me and proceeded to tell me I was wrong even after I specifically told him I didn't want anything free. He got so mad at me after I told him I would never return that he ended up hanging up on me.

Agree about the girls
I love the food, we order there all the time. The food tastes fresh, and delicious, and they are usually very prompt when delivering. You get your money's worth, and the prices are great. The problem is the girls. They do always sound miserable when you call, and I have remarked more than once to my boyfriend that they sound as though I'm inconveniencing them. They are never pleasant, they always sound annoyed and they DO rush you. I have made my boyfriend call every time recently because I just don't want to deal with their attitudes. Get some cheerful order takers, and the place would be much better.

The girls that take your order on the phone
We order from Roslyn Pizza a lot and we really like their food. What we dislike are the girls that take your order on the phone. They rush you, they don't want to repeat the order for you, they are just miserable. It is like we are bothering them. Yet, when the men answer the phones, they are usually pretty cheerful and they say thank you. Nothing from the girls. They have gotten our food order wrong a few times but it has gotten better when I tell who ever answers the phone to repeat the order. In the beginning, about 5-6 years ago, they made mistakes galore. It was rediculous. It has gotten better since. We really like the food. If it wasn't for the girls who answer the phones, I would have nothing negative to say about this place, except the atmosphere. It is a small pizza joint.
