Ruby

I have noticed their prices seem to constantly go up and the portions are smaller. The last few times I got take-out the order was not correct. I normally would not complain but there are several in the area to choose from. i am going to try the new place on Ridge Ave. which used to be Jade Court. I have heard it's been really good....sorry Ruby

Ruby's used to be a lot better! However, recently, I waited for over 10 mins. for the young woman at the counter to get off the phone and take my order. People were in the back ignoring me as well. No acknowledgement at all was made! I finally walked out. The last time I ordered they said they had brown rice but when I picked up the order, and was walking out the door the woman said that they ran out of brown rice. When I got home, I saw that I was still charged for the brown rice ($2 extra). The bean curd has been oily and swimming in way too much sauce. 80 percent of the container was sauce and 20 % was the tofu! They used to be a lot quicker,efficient, and the food was appropriate (for a shopping center fast food take out joint), but I won't go back. Jade Court is the better choice.
