I give it a 5, and over 300 reviewers on Open Table give it 4.2 for food. Everyone is entitled to his/her opinion, but the only thing frozen at Russet is the ice cream!

I was really excited to try this place, especially since they supposedly use fresh ingredients. The first red flag was when they had no record of my reservation. Service was okay, albeit a bit rushed, but okay overall since they didn't rush us out. I will
