The Place to Be
This Place is very nice. I really like that fact that its really homey. The music is really up to date in the way its desiigned - is amazing.

Great Place
After being to every single Russian restaurant in the Philadelphia area, I would have to say The Russian Tea House is my favorite. The food is by far the best out of all, its creative and delicious. The music is targeted to a the audience present at the time. For a younger crowd there are always fast, dance songs and for an older crowd, they play a mix of dance and classic favorites. The decour is also very stylish, unlike its competitors, it has a warmth to it. In any case, if you want to throw a party, this is the place to do it.
