Amazing
I recently moved to West Philly from Fairmount and people commonly ask me how i like it. I always explain that its sort of a pain being so much farther from CC, but at least i have Saad's right in the neighborhood! I LOVE this place. The people who work there are friendly and there is a nice atmosphere in the restaurant: a mix of college kids and couples and families from the neighborhood. I've sampled most of the menu and have not tried anything that i didn't completely enjoy. My favorite is the lamb shwarma sandwich with extra garlic sauce. My only gripes are the hours: they close a little early for my schedule, and also no hours on Sundays. Also a few times i was been craving a rotisserie chicken from there only to find that they've sold out. But this problem is remedied by simply calling ahead. I keep Saad's on speed dial. If you are in the area, theres no reason not to try it!

Simply the best there is
Awesome customer service... imagine managing 4 phone orders, 5 in person orders, 2 first time customers who can't quite choose their meal, some loud kids, 3 people ready to pay, and all the while smiling openly, and getting all of the above done to top it off. Major respect!! Oh and the food... beyond delicious... other-worldly, and I haven't even mentioned the value you get for the money. It is NOT possible to get ANY meal on their menu and go away hungry. Some of the best $10 I ever spent on food. Only gripe: not open on Sundays.

Trully the best place in Philly
I loved the food! Awesome customer service and friendly folks. I really enjoyed my time there. Customers and employees were nice and friendly. I highly recommend. Only issue is that the place is small, that's all.

The best. Period.
No other falafel compares. Saad's is delicious and offers good service. If I could, I would have it all the time. The seating area is kind of compact but the food makes up for it .

Falafel that won't make you feel awful
Only the freshest, most affordable, most delicious eatery in University City.. Best hummus around. Chicken and traditional Falafel. in fact I never liked falafel until I tried Saad's. They also have awesome burgers, fries, and onion rings. Oh and their chicken burger is amazing! I wish they were open on Sundays so I could get one now. mmm
