Not recommended
Went there with my wife for dim sum on a whim. Not good! It is really a Cholon Chinese resteraunt, but it really is not good. Cholon is a part of Saigon with a large ethnic chinese populus, just in case you were wondering. I have eaten dim sum at the best in Phila. and New York and this was subpar. No wonder I am the 1st to review this place.
