food tasted so poor
I have been to several good Chinatown restaurants, and recently tried Sang Kee, heavily recommended by my Chinese friends. Three of my party had different broth and dumpling soups and we all agreed the broth tasted rancid. The seafood rolls were very greasy and served with mayo*?? The Peking duck was a small portion compared to the duck portion served at the last 4 times we have had Peking duck and was quite ordinary. The tea tasted like Philadelphia city water. The stir fry made with the rest of the duck was all big lengths of barely cooked scallion and greasy peppers. I think that Lee Ho Fooks has much better Peking Duck, and altogether better food.

Not recommended
Poor Service, the guy acted like I was bothering him when I ordered. He microwaved, yes, microwaved my meal right in front of me! The food, needless to say was inedible, and it was expensive! Avoid at all costs!

My Favorite Restaurant!!
I was born and raised in Philly and this is my all time favorite spot. The food is delicious and very well priced. Even when busy, there is hardly any wait, and service is always prompt and friendly. My sister and I easily go here and eat for under $30.

Always good!
We always have a good experience every time we eat at Sang Kee. First, the food is very affordable and very very good... My favorite is the salted baked seafood :)
