The food and service were outstanding! My waiter mark knew the menu inside and out! He recited the specials in a way theat our party of 4 wanted everyone of them.He was working with a beautiful young lady who also gave us prompt attention on this busy Tuesday night. The beet salad, sauage and figs , fried meatballs were our starters,all better than the other. Bronzino, Gnocchi, Double cut pork chop ,and veal picanti were our dinner choices all delicious and outstanding. Deserts we had a peach cobbler with gelato and a lemon cake that was to die for.This was an outstanding experience,and we will be back!

I Have Been to a lot of restaurants in the area, I was told by a friend to try Scannicchios, and i did! It was outstanding from the second i walked in. Very warm welcome, promptly seated, my waiter arrived promptly,and introduced himself,and recited a list of menu additions (specials) that made us hungry and eager to want to try everything. The Food was outstanding, I had Veal picanti, very tender and flavorful. The other 4 people at my table loved everything... Pork chop, Bronzino,Penne vodka with crab.and egg plant parm. The deserts most homemade were very decident, I had a peach Cobbler with vanilla gelato. Cudos to the chef and staff at Scannicchios on a very busy Thursday night no one missed a beat! I will be back

Recently had dinner there and wasn't as impressed as I thought I would be. The food was good but not great. A little pricey but they do give you big portions. I probably will return and give it another try.

on my recent visit to scannicchios, I had to tell the Waiter and Owner this was my third /fourth time dinning here and it keeps getting better. My waiter and food server are always so pleasurable, I get the same waiter on every visit, as i dine here on the weekdays.As far as the food my favorits are a fresh beet salad or the fresh tomatoe and eggpland stack.when they are on the special list other specials, The filet And pork chop are the best around, and the hommade gnocchi like powder puffs. Keep up the great work.

I was recently here on a very busy Saturday night... My server went over and beyond to make our first time dining experience here a great one... He the the food inside out. He recommended a rack of Baby veal chop... One of the best meats ever had.. He helped all seven of us make choices. The tower eggplant stack was fresh and very flavorful with Jersey tomatoes in November. Sausage and fig a house special to die for... He recommended the pork chop and the person that had it cannot stop raving about it! Desert pumpkin cannoli , pumpkin cheese cake and a chocolate mud pie Tartuffo excellent to and a perfect dining Experience. We will be back.. And hopefully mark will be our server... Also the hostess and food runners were very friendly and made us feel like we were at home!

I wanted to give them another shot as I haven't been there for about a year now with another large group. My meal then was less then stellar but the service was good. The service we recently received this was the worst. The waiter was rude and distracted and seemed annoyed with anything we asked for. Everyone with our group made several negative comments during our dining experience about the service. It actually became a running joke even as we exited to the street. Mixed feelings by all about the food by all also. No one within my group would ever suggest or go back. I'm the guy who picks the place we go every 5-6 weeks for the last several years and needed to apologize to all that went. What once was a favorite to suggest to others is now a never again!

Parking is brutal. Seating is tight and timed. Veal is very chewy and grisly. And the bathroom needs to cleaned by fire. Clorox just won't be enough to get the job done. Not that anyone tried that!!
