I wish they had a few more vegetarian options, but otherwise I think the food is delicious, the owner is charming and always remembers us and the desserts are great and not too large for the end of a meal. I hosted my dad's 50th there and we all had a blast. Don't expect your food too quickly - take dinner to be the social occasion it can be and relax.

For those not familiar with Persian food, the lunch buffet is a great way to try out different dishes. Only $10!

On a rainy Saturday night we decided to venture in our neighborhood for a relaxing dinner. I will say that the service was great, our waitress was lovely and very accomodating. The entrees were very good - a kabob special with delicious rice and the grilled salmon. We ordered the baba ghanoush as an appetizer and were really disappointed - it was served cold with vinegar drizzled on top. It should have been served room temp with olive oil- if anything drizzled on top. Our biggest complaint was the harsh flourescent lighting - very bright! Our table was also in front of the open kitchen, I enjoyed watching the chef prepare the meals however next to that was a large empty pastry/food case with more flourescent lighting. If they would dim the lights get rid of the flourescent bulbs the atmosphere would be so more relaxed and inviting. I felt that we were eating inside a fast food restaurant instead of dining in a cozy Mediterranean cafe.

I have great food and the atmosphere was very good. We really had a good time in Shundeez restaurant, we are planning to go there very soon and I really like this restaurant. Food was the best Persian food ever.

The food was OK. The atmosphere is extremely crampy. This restaurant is built to be a "high class" restaurant but I would have rather went to elsewhere. The cream that was brought out with my coffee was sour. This isn't authentic persian cuisine considering I have many persian friends and they all agreed that this food was not authentic. The only good thing I can say about it was my waiter was great.

I was there last night the place was packed. We love the food. Very warm welcome from their staff. Food was the best .and we love the real persian food kabob combo and koubideh was very good.
