lack customer service
two attempts to get food were succesful but each time the wait was unbearable. The first we waked in for take out and had to wait 35 minutes because they had no rice (this was in the middle of their service time -no rice?) the 2nd time we called ahead and was told pick was in 15 minutes - we arrived on time an waited over an hour we every ten minutes the staff telling us it would be another ten minutes. How could they be so clueless on how long it takes to prepare food and how could they be so disrectfull to customers to make them wait so long - never again .
