Dissappointed
Once we were seated we had to wait 20 minutes for someone to come to our table after approaching the hostess. The restaurant was barely busy. We were 1 of 5 tables. Our quesadillas were missing peppers and avacado and they were not very good. The chicken fingers were burnt. Three of us did not receive the sides that we ordered with our dinners. We asked the waitress to have a candle in one of the desserts for my mother in laws birthday and they served all of the desserts without her candle. Once we're half way through finishing our desserts, the hostes came over and stuck a candle in her dessert. I will NOT go back to Spamps.

Spampinatos Italian Restaurant
My husband and I just returned from our meal at Spampinato's Italian Restaurant, owned by Spamps. The food was quite good, but by no means reasonably priced for the current "recession." The service was poor, as we waited 30 minutes for our check to make its way up to the third floor. The noise and commotion from the bar is distracting, and definately not family friendly. The staff and hostesses are sloppy, unwelcoming and scarce.

First Timer
We both work in the Conshohocken area and are trying different restaurants in the area. We will definitely go back again to Spamps! The food was excellent! Only downside is the lack of available parking. Try the municipal lot across the street but the spaces are real tight. We were lucky, we arrived early and got a spot out front.

Thanks!
My fiance's parents held the rehearsal dinner at Spamps recently and it worked out great. We had our own private room upstairs where everyone got together for dinner and drinks. The service, food and atmosphere were perfect for the occasion. Just wanted to thank the people at Spamps for making sure everything went perfectly!

Dining at its finest?
I went in with a large party, this past weekend, a small birthday party for my father. The hostess looked like she was dressed up and on her way to a costume party, then took half an hour to seat us with out asking us if we'd like to sit at the bar and wait. We finally got to our seats and our server couldn't remember the specials and had a hard time explaining some of the dishes to us, which did not end up coming out as described.

Smokey but good
When will the Philadelphia suburbs have the no smoking policy? Spamps has great food, sushi and a good bar atmosphere, but the smoke and cigar smoke is a huge turn off. Even some smokers I know prefer to eat and hang at non-smoking spots. Spamps has a cool huge bar area, and we've referred several people there and their biggest complaint is that it's too smokey. Otherwise, it could be the best spot in town.

Good food, valet problems
The food was delightful and the food service staff prompt and courteous. It's a shame that a $370.00 meal (tip included) was ruined by a $5.00 park job. Valet staff, knowingly or unknowingly, may, or may not have driven the front driver side wheel into a curb or other unknown obstruction. When I confronted the management of the privately owned and operated valet service I was met with a defensive posture, a disingenuous "investigation", and a 'sorry noone owned up to the incident, so it's probably not our fault.'
