When will the Philadelphia suburbs have the no smoking policy? Spamps has great food, sushi and a good bar atmosphere, but the smoke and cigar smoke is a huge turn off. Even some smokers I know prefer to eat and hang at non-smoking spots. Spamps has a cool huge bar area, and we've referred several people there and their biggest complaint is that it's too smokey. Otherwise, it could be the best spot in town.

The food was delightful and the food service staff prompt and courteous. It's a shame that a $370.00 meal (tip included) was ruined by a $5.00 park job. Valet staff, knowingly or unknowingly, may, or may not have driven the front driver side wheel into a curb or other unknown obstruction. When I confronted the management of the privately owned and operated valet service I was met with a defensive posture, a disingenuous "investigation", and a 'sorry noone owned up to the incident, so it's probably not our fault.'

Hey, I had visited Spamps after a friend recommended the sushi there. I went in and got a California Dreaming Roll and a Marcie roll. It was some fo the best sushi I've ever had, hands down. I've been to Morimoto downtown and Spamps is just is good, if not better, without all of the Iron Chef hoopla, and it's cheaper, which doesn't hurt.

At best this is a bar with a dinning room. Not from the area (I live in the city) but I guess people in the burbs have no clue. From the waitress who knew nothing about food, wine or service to the food which could not stand up to Fridays this place if located in the city would not last a year.

Awful, from start to finish. Nothing was cooked to the right temperatures, and some of our meat was just disgusting, full of fat. Our server was awful, and she took forever to come over and even acknowledge us. Drinks were ok, but completely over priced. If I would have known I was going to spend that much money, I would have rather gone down town, and actually enjoyed myself and my meal. I could maybe see if this had been a busy weekend night, but it was a weeknight, and not busy. I've had a better time at pretty much any other restaurant in Conshy, the food quality is comparable.

Give Spamps a try, I hope you like it as much as I did.

My girlfriends and I love to try new places for a relaxing time to catch up on each others lives. This resturant definately gave us that. The atmosphere was perfect. It was lively but still gave us the setting to be with each other. The drinks were great and food amazing. We started out with the sushi it was wonderful and only got better as our courses went on. The four of us will be going back for more on our next night out. LOVED IT!
