I order once a week and am never disappointed. Cheesteaks are great but you could use better bread! Way too spongy

Fab Food
I order from Steak Em Up at least once a week... their food is fabulous!! They are always so busy and all of the employees are working hard and fast to get each order perfect. Delivery is about an hour but if you are in the neighborhood, you can pick it up much faster. If you didn't try Steak Em Up yet, I suggest you do... you will be pleasantly surprised!! Hands down, the best pizza and cheese steak shop around south Philly!!

I fell for the commercial, don't do it!
Oh how many of my Philly games are interrupted by the commercial. It grew on me so i thought i would try. Phone service was kinda rude. Food delivered was COLD! There are countless mediocre pizza places in Philadelphia, this is yet another one of them. More specifically: Pizza was cold, gravy was just o.k. and the cheese tasted like cheap cheese with that orange colored tint to it. The grilled chicken sandwich had very dry overcooked chicken. It was almost like it was recooked and served to me. I actually had to bite into the chicken and use my jaw and neck muscles to sink in to it and tear it away from the sandwich. The roasted peppers on the sandwich aren't house roasted, they are canned, and not rinsed well at all so you get that awful canned pepper preservative taste. There was also supposed to be provolone on my sandwich. I guess their was because I could see it but not taste it. Everybody has their own tastes in pizza shops so order here if you want. I wouldn't again. definitely a one and done experience for me. Overall...Just a touch less than mediocre (I would call it mediocre if it was delivered hot).

Not what I expected
This place must be living on it's past reputation. I had a stromboli delivered that was not very good to say the least. Maybe it was the 3rd string cooking that night. I've had very good food in the past but not lately.

Great Food, poor customer service.
I love this place for food, but cringe when getting one of the girls on the phone, they Rush you off the phone and make you feel like they have somewhere to go, If you are open from X-X time then be prepared to take orders from X-X

why the negative
cant understand the negative comments, i order two pizza there ever y week and its hot and deliver within the hour, pizza is good, better than most, last week my in laws brought 6 pizza there and loved them ask me at 8 am today if i could pick up pizza before going there at 9.30 am /
