Sushi is awesome, really fresh and large portions but kinda pricey

Great new find
I'm kind of a sushi snob and was pleasantly surprised when I ordered delivery. They have a great online menu system and the delivery came super quickly. The sushi was above average.

Best Sushi in Town! (for the price at least)
If you're craving good sushi but don't want to go somewhere fancy (like Morimoto or Zama), this place is perfect! I ordered from here yesterday and loved it so much that I ordered again today. Their lunch special ($11) is great--you get to pick any 3 rolls and you get miso soup. Surprisingly, the lunch special rolls were full-sized rolls!! Most other places either give you downsized rolls, or skimp out on the fish. Not sumo! Try this place.

great place
much better than your run of the mill sushi place (which the city seems to be inundated with). their fish is fresh and the selection is great. good selection of rolls with some original ones like the yellow tail crunch (spicy yellowtail, APPLE, and crunch) which the execute perfectly. the sushi and sashimi is great and the prices are reasonable. if you are looking for a neighborhood sushi spot that is easy on the wallet and is consistently fresh this is the place. there are a plethora of sushi places popping up and they are poor (frozen fish, poorly seasoned rice, sloppy execution and unoriginal items.) in comparison to sumo sushi.

Who Likes To Feel Like Garbage in the Morning?
Missed an item on my take-out order (i know, things happen) but annoying nonetheless. Food was good to very good but they use MSG! If that matters to you STAY AWAY....my girlfriend fell asleep halfway through the meal and we both woke up feeling like a truck hit us.....learn to make your food taste good with MSG and we'll be back....
