For starters they don't accept credit cards. The food takes forever to cook. The people that work in the germantown location are very impatient. I waited in line for about 45 mins just to place my order when there were only 3 ppl in front of me. The food was good. But the prices don't match the quality of service is hould be getting. And i will not be returning where i feel the service is sucky

Food is great but they are rude and they lie about how long it takes to make your food and have you waiting at least an extra 30minutes after you order

Always following your mind. We all been told that many times over. I tried the Germantown restaurant, and I keeping say "WHY"! I don't know where to begin. The salmon was over cooked, the shrimps was under cooked. The broccoli was not seasoned. The yams not yams (wrong spices/not enough brown/white sugar). The seafood salad needs improvement. Need to drain seafood properly and keep imitation crab meat chunky, stay lite on the mayo. Need to get a new baker. Never have I tasted a carrot/red velvet cakes that left an after tasted in your mouth. The supposed to be carrot cake, tasted like an over spice cake. If you want this business to be successful either taste test your food before servicing to the public. Better yet, hire new cooks/bakers..

I love the food at Tasties! I would go more often because the food is excellent, however what hinders me is the wait time and the service. My first time I had an extremely long wait time. So my second time 2 days later I decided to call in. I called and was hung up on. then placed on hold a second time. When the woman began to take my order she cut me off and began to take another order for a customer in store. When she came back to the phone she had an attitude and had not placed anything I ordered and requested that I repeat me order. For the price of the food, the service should match. Unfortunately after eating there for about 6 months, I discontinued being a customer because of the poor service! Maybe the second store will have better service!
