Great hot dog
Been eating here for 65 yrs and the taste is still the same . Also it is a light lunch unless you are tempted to indulge which is easy to do. Many many celebrities have been eating there thru the ages. Wish I got into s. Philly more often just to get into the Greeks

philly's best ever
This is truly the best ever hotdog in philly. it is the only place i no that does not buy it's votes for best. it has been there since 1923 and still going strong. the special sauce is out of this world, and everyone tries to copy it. keep up the great work texaswieners.

A South Philly Tradition
Texas Weiners is the ONLY thing Philly likes that has anything closely associated with Texas. We can't stand the Dallas Cowboy but Texas Weiners are here to stay. I can't remember how many times we came to Texas Weiners. We came after school, after a day of shopping on Broad Street or Passyunk Avenue. If you haven't had a Texas Weiner, then you haven't tasted how good Texas gets served up SOUTH PHILLY STYLE!!
