Indian Food in a Yuppie Grill
If you are a gourmet cook and read cookbooks like Madhar Jaffrey and prepare Indian dishes in this manner you will appreciate Tiffen. The sauces are Nirvana and the food is sublime. I eat here all the time and although this location is not as 'crisp' as others the food is top notch.

Good food, poor service
Just plain rude. Like we were imposing on them. Can't imagine they can last very long treating people like that. I've been twice (thought it might have just been a bad day) but I won't go again. Takeout maybe, but dine-in, no way.

Not Worth the Wait
We waited over 90 minutes for our food. When I questioned the waiter I was told that it was the dishes we ordered. It turned out that our order was never put into the computer. Of course, no one ever admitted this error. The food was not worth the wait and did not include everything listed on the menu. Not ready for prime time. Go elsewhere.
