I had read the previous reviews before we went to Timber and was ready for the worst. Started with a satisfactory handling of our Groupon Dinner for 4 which was modified to handle a dinner for 3 of us, and then was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the service and most of all the entrees we picked were excellent. Salmon special for $28 was a culinary masterpiece and the (2) Crab Cake entrees were also above average. The actual dish used to present the entree was very large and therefore at first sight the portions looked undersized but absolutely were perfect portions. Yes the price is steep but the flavors were well worth it. We did not order drinks so cant help there. The water had great taste and the glasses were kept filled throughout the dinner. The server was very attentive and deserved the full 20% tip. Also the 3 bread rolls served before the meal were tasty and warm. The Onion rings were also well done. Overall, I would return, but we need a Groupon again to bring the price down.

Are you kidding me? A dollar for cheese on your burger? AND another dollar for BBQ sauce? On a $12 burger? Aside from that, the burger was delicious with the smokey woody taste. The grilled apple salad was tasty thanks to the Maytag bleu cheese. The added shrimp was poor and boiled; why not wood-fired? Not to mention the long, gagging stems on the lettuce leaves. The atmosphere was bland, loud and uninteresting. It had a Bonanza feel. Service was fine. Just fine, from what's her name. Oh, she didnn't tell us. We won't be back. Good luck!

I have been to Timber 2 times before, was impressed with the fresh salmon burger and fresh cut fries, scallop appetizer (scallops were perfectly cooked) and the original flat bread with balsamic drizzle, fabulous. HOWEVER, this trip was disappointing, is there a new chef?? NOW the menu is quite overstated for the quality of food served. Menu favs are gone, 5 people ate for $145, not bad if we enjoyed it. None of the flavors were on par, it's like the descriptions overcompensated for the chef's abilities. Very disappointing, crossing this place off my list. It's a shame because the potential is there but as 5 people's stomachs are just recovering from last nights dinner, I will never go back.

As regulars we came with a group to have the salmon burgers and famous ribs. The restaurant took popular dishes off the menu, was out of many entrees and service was average. We saw other regulars and I think Timber lost alot of regulars this week.

Stopped in to try it out after a doctors appointment. it was 5:00 pm an it was almost empty. I can see why. The cheapest entree was a veggie platter (about 18.00) everything is ala carte. Their hamburger was 12.00. No way were we paying that. It's a very la di da place. I will say though that it's beautiful inside. by the way, What is Cous Cous and why is in all their foods?

Avoid this place. They say they have a wine list but everything we asked for they were out of. The food is average at best. Tastes mostly like indusrial food masquerading as prepared to order. The most inexperienced and unprofessional wait staff we have come across in years. Ther really need serious training. College kids allegedly working as wait staff doesn't cut it. We ate there twice so it was not just an off night
