what west philly needed!
Biba is a terrific addition to West Philly. The wine list is well-chosen, and the charcuterie and cheese are delicious. The prices are more than fair, particularly given the high quality of everything on both the food and drink menu. And the service manages to be both pleasantly easy-going and flawlessly efficient.
