Best New Spot in Philadelphia!
Kudos to Chef Perrier and staff! The bar/lounge area found below Le Bec-Fin looks amaxing! It has a great feel, interesting design, craft cocktails, an amazing wine by the glass list and savory small plates! Just the type of addition to the restaurant scene that Philadelphia needs! Merci, Chef!
