So Glad You're Here!!
A friend who really knows food trucks near Penn recommended Tyson Bees, and I was not disappointed. I work very close to their location at 33rd and Spruce, and have been tired of the other food trucks (greasy Chinese, hoagies and lame vegan Mid-East - looking at you Magic Carpet). Tyson Bees has a fairly small menu, but a rotating selection of specials and solid tacos every day. The service is great, especially considering the lines that accumulate - do not be intimidated by a long line. They move quickly and have a fun playing card system of calling out your order. Currently, the chicken thai basil taco is my favorite. I hesitantly ordered the edamame taco, and it was great. The sauce is good, and the tacos are very filling. Once I was sucked into the 3rd taco for cheaper deal, and I was stuffed the rest of the day. They don't skimp on veggies or meat. I will be a repeat customer and enthusiastic recommender. Enjoy!
