Ordered pizza with extra sauce . Received pizza over cooked with burnt cheese no extra sauce. Done with this place! Pizza is in the trash can!

I loved Uncle Nick's, I order from there at Least once a wekk, sometime more if I was not in the mood to make breakfast. Hubby and I called and ordered breakfast, we got the order after an hour (this was a Monday Morning, and it was not correct. I called and told the person on the phone I did not get my whole order. He proceeds to tell me yes you did. I told him, no, I did not, I am missing my scrapple. This goes on for 15 minutes, him telling I got something I didn't get, he said, "I did that order myself", I said well you forgot my scrapple. He basically called me a liar. I was so frustrated I asked for the manager, I told him about my order, he said he would send out the missing item, I told him forget it, just credit my credit card, like I would eat anything from there after that. I think he credit my card, but I don't care, I will just never order from there again

Uncle Nick's is solid, never been to the place but get delivery all the time. Pizza is very good (and HUGE), cheesesteaks also very good and the chicken parm grinder is awesome. Portions size all around, including fries and more than the usual at any other joint. Prices are more the reasonable and delivery is fast as hell. Best part that sets them apart from every place else in UD and Havertown, they are open late.

Ive usually always ordered from uncle nicks. well this morning for my birthday breakfast my boyfriend n i ordered .. i ordered steak n eggs .. an hour later when our food was delivered .. they sent me a breakfast sandwhich with eggs n bacon. so i called back and i was very polite n nice because i myself work in the food industry. the guy said i would have to pay 3 dollars difference (even tho he shouldnt have made me because he inconvenienced me because i was gonna have to wait another hour) i said that was fine. 10 min later the manager calls me n says im gonna have to pay the full amount for the new food. i asked him y since the mistake was that the clerk input my order incorrectly and he said because the clerk takes hundreds of orders a day n hes bound to make a mistake sumtimes. not only can i not eat the breakfact sandwhich because it is wheat ( I have celiacs disease) but i couldnt even return it. The manager also yelled at me. I was in shock by the incredibly rude customer service from the manager and upset that i didnt even receive an apology even after i was extremely nice and understanding. unprofessional and he lost business from a well paying customer.
