Another mediocre pizza place in philly
Well, I'll say I may be bias because I am italian through and through, and was born in the Mecca of Italians, North Jersey. So when you emphasize "pizza", you better make it good! Well...this was not the case. I could buy a plain slice for $2.00, but I never got past the third bite without saying, "man I wish I just drove to Lorenzo's on 9th and Christian instead. Just eat it and you'll get some later." So long story short, I was not impressed. And half the time I would stop in there for breakfast before work, the sandwich I liked to get was not exactly all there. Croisants one day. None the next. None the next day. Then finally croisants were back. I just said, "nevermind. Go to Wawa. They always got what you want." Now I love to support local shops, especially new ones in not so great areas, but man...I can't find the heart to recommend this to anyone really! The service was jumbled and the atmosphere was confused. It looked like it was trying to be a coffee house, that also serves pizza, that also serves paninis, that also does breakfast. It was like walking into a diner with 10 chairs and no service. Whoops! Stick to one thing and get good at it before expanding beyond what you know. That's always the best way to build your business/menu.

Not bad, cheap, edible
Food is really cheap. Good portions. It is by no means a gourmet pizza shop, but it is good. The pizza is fluffy. If you are into thin crust and crispy, this is not for you. However, good flavor. No problems in the past 6 years of ordering take out. There are also great combo deals. check them out and see for your self.

Mega Cheap
This is just your typical pizza place with all the food you would expect to find (pizza, wings, cheesesteaks, hoagies) but the exception here is that it is all incredibly cheap. You can get 50 wings for something like $15! Sure, the food may not be the best you ever had from a pizza place but I still enjoyed it a lot. Go in with ten bucks and you'll eat like a king. Maybe not like a really classy king of some cool country, more along the lines of a newly appointed king of a moderately under-developed nation in slight turmoil. But a king none the less! I recommend take out or delivery because you will feast until you cannot move and you probably don't want to be stuck at 9th and ellsworth in a small pizza place. Become immobilized in the comfort of your home. Highly recommended to all gluttons on a budget in philly

Poor experience
Don't ever even bother with the place it's dingy and the food is poorl! I made the mistake of ordering here when I was new to area and we never made that mistake again. Meatball hoagie had odd meat and the pizza crust was burnt. Yuck.
