extremely slow service
If you want to wait for well over an hour for food you ordered in advance over the phone and told it will be ready in 20 minutes this is the place to go. Cashiers have no value of a customer's time or presence. They talk about inappropriate things in front of customers as if they aren't there. Food is ok. Not worth the wait. The only way people can give a positive rating to this establishment is because it's the only one of its kind in the area.

See you on the way down
Started out good, ending up very badly! The food is not consistent; sometimes good other times absolutely not. Poor service everytime, out of lots of things & 90% of the time my order is wrong!

Delicious!
I love their food, I ordered the fried fish platter with macaroni n cheese and string beans. The portions are huge and delicious.

Best! Food In Town
The food is EXCELLENT!!, portions are good, but the CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!.. bad attitudes, poor etiquette, and you better!! Check your order before paying.

Excellence
My significant other brought me crab cakes and fish along with spinach and potato salad and all the food was excellent. I highly recommend this resturant to anyone interested in good dining.

Great Food for your Soul~
My family continues to enjoy Victoria's Kitchen food frequently. It's my back up when I do not feel like cooking. We have never been dissappointed. Their food taste like somebody's momma is cooking it up in the kitchen. It's not necessarily an eat-in restaurant, but if you want to, you can. One tip: Call your order in to decrease your wait time.

Service sucks
Food is good. But placing an ordering over the phone is a real Situation. Tried to ordering fish on a Saturday night. They were OUT. That's just crazy to me
