I had the absolute worst experience at Victoria's Kitchen! I waited over 40mins for fish fried rice. I was told that my food should only take 15mins. After the 40min wait I demand for my money back and the girl Janae told me with a nasty attitude I could not get my money because my food was finally done. At that point I was livid she told me a manager would get in touch with me. No one ever called me. After expressing my experience with others I found out that I'm not the only one that feels this way. I will be taking my money to paprika and tastes for now on. They have friendly service and food is much better then Victoria's. I advise you never go here ever!

Absolute delicious home made food, friendly service and large servings well worth the price.

the food is good but not timely. I have contacted management on the customer service which leaves room to be desired.

I did a previous review in which I was disappointed. Since then I spoke to Victoria about the complaint I had and she did a outstanding job resolving my issue!

Great food piping hot. Picked it up for dinner one Friday evening , order when I left after rock train station . I arrived and had a little wait. The fish platter and fried chicken was great. It was worth the wait. Had family in from Califorina and they really enjoyed the food. Potato salad was great. I can't wait to order from there againr.

I only ordered because everybody on social media praised thisspot. I ordered delivery and it took an hour. I did not receive what I ordered but I didn't call back because they were so rude when I called to ask the status of my delivery. What I did receive was soggy fried chicken and slapped together sides. Sadly the best part was the cornbread. I would strongly suggest you choose a better soul food spot if that's what you're looking for.

me and my dtr ate in restaurant on spur of moment. it was late afternoon, service was quick and yes they were out of a few things but did have good substitutions. did have to wait a bit for the food but the corn bread was hot and tasty. the fried shrimp was delicious butterfly and really big. asparagus was tasty and mac n cheese creamy but needed a little cayenne pepper. i would eat there again. my dtr enjoyed hers too.they do have alot of food on the menu to pick from even if they are out a few things.
