Out of the gate my friend and I were greeting by a friendly bartender that handed us off to a hostess who seated us immediately. We were then greeted by several attractive waitresses before being joined at our table by Jeanie who stayed with us throughout what turned out to be a wonderful meal. Great service! Outstanding food! Legit atmosphere! I hope for a return trip from California soon!

Unfortunately , I have.not eaten there for Years, I live in New Castle , De. But I never forgot how great the shrimp scampi was. I have never had it that good anywhere else. I don't know what they do to It, but nothing compares. I Hope I get the chance to go again soon. Everyplace I eat, I order shrimp Scampi. And believe me, no place does it like Villa da Roma. Love it. 5 stars from me !!!

I've been to Villa di Roma twice and will be going again this evening to celebrate my wife's 60th birthday. Our 4 sons are coming in from Florida and we couldn't think of a better, more authentic, place for a good, old fashioned Italian feast, than Villa di Roma's. Family run, waitresses that have been with the restaurant for years, a bar with true Philly fans and a bartender that loves what he does -- it doesn't get any better. And, did I mention, the food's great -- and don't forget to finish it off with a canoli from nearby 1904 bakery, Isgros. Better order it when you sit down, though, since they sometimes run out.

I remember having lunch there with a buddy of mine. As we drove back to Jersey we thought about what we were gonna do at night. We decided to come back and have dinner too. I've taken countless people there and everyone has loved it. People complain about the prices... really? I could understand if the portions were small but they're not. The food is all good, everyone's friendly, it's a relaxed atmosphere and I can't wait to go back again. My only complaint is I need more elbow room at the bar on a busy night. Too bad it's a 45 minute drive.

My family and I were in town for a graduation. We went down to the Market during the Italian Festival, and decided to have lunch here. 10 of us had a variety of dishes, from the mussels, to the meatball subs, to the eggplant parm and sausage and peppers. Everything was delish! Great service, and hope to be back.
