Went on a Sunday evening..early. Place was not busy. Initial drinks came quickly as did the food. Took forever to get a refill on a glass of wine..twice. Get a carafe if you go. Food was excellent although a bit pricey ..it is only pasta. Wanted angel hair only have linguinne. Meatballs are first class. All in all it is a good Italian meal right in the middle of the Italian Market. This would be a great stop to finish a walk through the market.

This is the best Italian Restaurant in Philadelphia! I love the family oriented atmosphere and the veal is to die for! Friendly staff with an old fashioned authentic Italian style atmosphere! Even the bread is excellent! Delicious food all around.

Disregard any negative feedback you have read. The food there was excellent authentic italian cuisine. The staff was friendly and attentive and everything there was about food and good conversation. This is not chain restaurant italian. It was real italian food and it was awesome !!! Great desserts and coffee too !!

The Waitress was a no show most of the night, the food was so so at best and I thought I was at a Phillies game for what they charge for a beer. Don't think we will be going back.
