I went to Village Belle with my daughter, her girlfriends and their Moms. We had a wonderful time, the girls really enjoyed the Meatball Sliders. I am on a Gluten Free diet and the chef Eddie cooked up a Fantastic dish of Crabmeat and Gluten Free Pasta for me. I would definitely go back here. Kudos to Chef Eddie!!

the only favorable part of our dining visit was at least the hostess was friendly and cordial. 1. The service has a lot to be desired. No personalities at all. They all seemed to be unhappy. 2. It took a while until the waiter finally acknowledged that we were ready to order. 3. we overheard the table next to us as we were eating our entrees, they were told about the specials. I was very dissappointed our waiter never mentioned any specials. 4. the food was so so. 5. the waiter only came over one time to ask how our entrees were. 6. never asked us if we wanted to order dessert at which i asked another waiter to bring me our check. 7. my wife didn't finish her entree so we asked for a box to take it home and that is all they brought and no bag to carry it, nor did he ask us. Overall experience for service was poor. Food was so-so. I would never set foot into this restaurant again nor recommend it to anyone.

My wife and I had dinner here early on a Sat. evening. The menu is definitely overpriced and the dishes were not exceptional. The house wine was $10 a glass, which should have been $5 for how much they poured. The service was excellent, but then again, we were early @6:30 PM. As for the ambiance, it was rather lacking.

The only way you van get better value on wine by the bottle is to go to a byob. Smart and nifty list with minimal mark ups. Fresh and lovingly prepared food. Downside? Not enough people know what a great restaurant lies hidden in Queen Village.

Heard about this place in the city paper and also from word of mouth. I thought I would give it a try so I took a few friends for a girls night out. The atmosphere was very warm and inviting, the staff was charming and highly informative. First we hung out with Erica at the bar and almost stayed there for dinner. Good thing we didn't because darian our server was great and turned us on to a great bottle of wine. We shared lots of apps and entrees, having pretty much a taste of everything on the menu. Loved the frico and lamb chops. Can't wait to go back.
