behind enemy lines
"This is the food my Grandmather used to make, actually it is better than my Grandma's." My polish uncle said when we were shoveling this tasty food into our mouths. It was so good we had to order to entrees. It is NYC quality but not as crowded and not as expensive. This food is not cheap, but you do get what you pay for because it is of the highest quality. Service is also great too. I have been there twice and each time the different people we all very, very nice. great experience overall.

Intimate Setting and Good Polish Food
I recently returned to the Warsaw Cafe to be surprised that I don't frequent this casual dining and intimate atmosphere with formal Polish food. The service was excellent, the food well prepared and nicely presented. They have a great assortment of specials and the stables of elegant Polish cuisine. This is a great place for a pre-theater or Verizon Hall meal.

A return visit
It's been years since we've been to the Warsaw cafe but we went with friends for Restaurant week and had a great evening. The food was very good, the crepes were excellent and we would all get them again. The Linzer Torte was one of the best I've ever had. The black bread is so excellent. Our waitress was a gem; bright, funny and very responsive to our desires for more black bread. It's so nice when a restrauant has excellent staff and service.
